1. No Refund on Digital Products
Once a course is purchased and access is granted to your email or LMS dashboard, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns under normal circumstances.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the user is charged but does not receive access to the course within 24–48 hours.
- If there is a technical error from our side and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 working days.
- Duplicate payment for the same course.
Note: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Claiming the content didn’t meet expectations (please read the course details carefully before purchasing).
- Course already accessed or downloaded.
