1. No Refund on Digital Products

Once a course is purchased and access is granted to your email or LMS dashboard, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns under normal circumstances.


2. Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the user is charged but does not receive access to the course within 24–48 hours.
  • If there is a technical error from our side and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 working days.
  • Duplicate payment for the same course.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Claiming the content didn’t meet expectations (please read the course details carefully before purchasing).
  • Course already accessed or downloaded.
